Because We Care Charity Foundation Events
Because We Care Foundation sponsors, and participates, in various community events in order to further our goal of fostering positive relationships between our emergency responders and our communities. We enjoy getting out with our friends in the police, fire, EMS and dispatch departments, and in the community.

Annual Events
Sirens and Sundaes
These are annual events held every February, March, and June to bridge the gap between law enforcement and our youth, helping to remove stereotypes and to provide the opportunity to foster a positive relationship between them. “CoCoa With the Po-Po” offers free hot cocoa and cookies, while “Sirens and Sundaes” offers free Sundaes to youth, 18 and under, to enjoy along side our local first responders.
2025 Sirens and Sundaes event dates are:

Youth 18 and under can choose any small sundae. (Both locations)
